Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 25, 2025

1. Service Refund Eligibility

  • Service not completed due to mechanic unavailability or cancellation by SantaiMoto.
  • Mechanic did not arrive within the acceptable window and no reschedule was agreed.
  • Customer cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Incorrect/defective parts and no timely replacement available.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect details provided by customer (location, bike model, service type).
  • Service completed and signed off by the customer.
  • Custom / special-order parts that can’t be returned to suppliers.
  • Cancellations made < 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction after service is rendered.

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact Support via Email / WhatsApp / In-app chat.
  2. Provide Order ID, name & phone, reason, and any evidence (photos, chat logs).
  3. We review within 7 working days.
  4. If approved, refund to the original payment method within 7–14 working days (bank/provider dependent).

4. Partial Refunds

For partially completed services or undelivered parts, SantaiMoto may issue a partial refund at its discretion.

5. Promotions & Discounts

No refunds on services booked with promotional codes, vouchers, or first-time offers, unless the issue originates from SantaiMoto.
